Libra Season (The Autumn Equinox) and a Re-Introduction
I'm hosting a giveaway! Details included within...
Vol. 63 // 09-27-24
Greetings, my friends,
I have been so, albeit unintentionally, distant from you this summer, and I cannot name the number of times I have tried to re-establish a sense of normality in my day-to-day life since uprooting from my hometown and moving far away. I have tried very hard to remotivate myself to return to my work in the ways that I once showed up in it, but have repeatedly failed, partially due to a lack of discipline and partially because of a lack of inspiration. Creative work is so easy for me to maintain when I am in a devoted flow state; it feels like a muscle to me, and when I am consistently exercising it, maintaining the habit feels much less exhaustive than when I have remained stagnant for a prolonged period and I am trying to reawaken that urgency to move. I find it so hard to rebuild momentum when I’ve slipped out of routine, and for that, I apologize, as my lack of will to return has impacted you and withheld astrological reporting you have likely wished for. I have so much gratitude for you, your patience, and your continued support of my presence in whatever online space you commune with me in. It is so lovely to have a community of so many bright souls—whether you reply to an email, comment on a TikTok or Instagram post (the latter of which I am hoping to be more present on as well, if you’re interested in checking that out, hehe), or are simply a quiet member of my audience, I feel so honored and blessed to be able to connect with you.
In my numerous attempts to return to consistency, I think the thing that has perpetuated my failure in doing so is that I’ve been trying to do things how I once did, write how I once wrote, and, in a way, be the girl I was back then. But I am not—especially now. I am far from who I was in June; the girl I was then is a fond but distant memory, and in a way, she feels like a girl, and I now feel like a woman. Slowly and delicately, I have been transforming this summer. Piece by piece, over these past few months, my old life and old identity have fallen from me like dry, crinkled flower petals, some of which I was ready to release and others I desperately clung to, hoping my yearning for them to come back would be enough to revive them. I have been learning through such confrontational teachings about detachment and surrender. One by one, my greatest weaknesses and pain points have been illuminated and addressed, not by an argumentative or aggressive force but rather by a feather-soft whisper, asking me to look where I have long avoided looking. I like to think that I am quite self-aware, but it has been so humbling to think that I have conquered an issue, only for it to be triggered through a different person, environment, context, or lens, making me recognize how sore the wound within still is. For me, many of these experiences have been addressing my hunger for security and acceptance, which I have realized I have maintained my possession of for the majority of my life by grasping for as much control as I can gather. I’ve had to put lots of conscious effort toward loosening my grip and allowing things to be just as they are, and I must say, it’s much simpler and easier. I have had many realizations, but that will be a different topic for a different essay at a different time.
This is my recommitment to this practice and my re-introduction of myself to you. Each day we experience, we are a new iteration of ourselves, one that is shaped by who we were yesterday but not entirely the same. We have to get to know ourselves again and again, and I feel like we can easily forget to do the same for our loved ones, friends, acquaintances, and other such connections. But this is an allowance we must provide ourselves and those around us—we must grant permission to continually become. Aside from the transformation in my time away that warrants a re-introduction, I have also realized that there are likely many who have been subscribed for a short or long while, to whom I have never formally introduced myself.
So hello (or hello again), my name is Aspen. I am, at present, twenty-three years old, and understanding the infinity that lies within astrology has consumed me for a large majority of my life. I began studying astrology when I was still involved in the church at the age of fourteen, although I perceived it more as a fun personality test-esque modality that I could utilize to connect with others. I have long yearned to understand the human condition, and I find astrology to be such an intricate blend of intuitive and data-based analysis. I was quite content with my study being a surface-level venture for most of my teenage years, and getting into an unhealthy relationship drove me further from it, as that ex-boyfriend had a tendency to criticize anything I was passionate about. Ending that relationship at the age of twenty pushed me into what I then called a “spiritual awakening,” but what I would now define as a profound season of self-realization. And while I have never had an astrological mentor, taken a class, or even finished an entire astrological textbook (!!) it was in that season that everything I know now was seemingly deposited into my mind by the universe, god, the divine, whoever or whatever you believe is behind this grand mystery of life. Since then, my hunger to understand identity, purpose, human development, and behavior through the lens of astrology has been insatiable, to say the least. I am confident I will always be intrigued. I opened my astrological practice in August 2022 after having a profoundly symbolic dream and began this newsletter the following February with little belief that people would be interested in reading what I had to say about the cosmos. I’m happy to say that many of the limiting beliefs that I struggled with at the beginning of my journey have become much quieter since beginning this project, as they are proved wrong time and time again.
Thinking used to be a plague I feared I would never heal from, but at this point in life, it is something I fully embrace—I am unintentionally in a perpetual state of contemplation, one that I have no other choice but to thank, as it has always provided me with something more to say, especially on here. I dance around my apartment on a daily basis to a catalog of different genres and recently have found myself listening to much more instrumental music, as I enjoy the space for interpretation it allows. Symbolism, metaphors, poetry, and meaning are all things I actively seek. I find mythology fascinating. I value loyalty, truth, authenticity, and freedom above all else, and I am the most devoted friend or lover one could have. I am very ride-or-die in anything I do. I experience feelings very deeply and have had to teach myself to hold more steadfast boundaries to protect the sacredness of that quality, as I’d never be able to approach things from an emotionally distant or detached place. My favorite number is seven, and my favorite planet is Saturn, both of which give me the same energy as 4:00 pm, a shot of espresso, antique teaware, concrete floors, and an October morning. My favorite minor astrological body/non-physical point is Black Moon Lilith (or just Lilith, for simplicity’s sake, although there is also an asteroid that is less well-known of the same name with a slightly different meaning). Lately, I’ve been contemplating the meaning of love with increasing curiosity, as I feel like the older I get, the more complex and intricate its meaning becomes.
I enjoy investigating mysteries, which is why I suppose I am so drawn to astrology, as it is naturally so nuanced, vague, and deep. I am not very interested in small talk; in fact, I struggle to engage in it altogether. I love museums, aquariums, art galleries, and parks with lots of trees. My sun is in Pisces, moon in Gemini, and ascendant in Aquarius, although I am very heavily Aquarian and tend to relate to it most frequently. My writing is more than something I just do—everything I share truly feels like a part of me that is vulnerably placed on exhibit for all to read, but I can’t write any other way. This newsletter feels like a piece of me, and astrology like a dear friend. Recently, I’ve been returning to art, music, and fashion to explore self-expression and authenticity, which has been quite fun. Since moving away from home, I have been undergoing a profound rebirth, which has pushed me to embrace more of my feminine power and natural magnetism. This new season of personal expansion has been one in which I’ve been discovering a multitude of different things about my identity and self-concept. There have been aspects of myself that I’ve realized I’ve pushed to the side or have avoided acknowledging for the majority of my life due to religious ideologies and personal constraints, some of which I thought I had released but had actually just repackaged as my own moral philosophy. I think, in the past, I’ve unintentionally simplified myself to be more digestible to others, in hopes that they will want me to be in their life more than if I were more complex. In a lot of ways, I’ve been understanding that there’s a lot about myself that I do not understand at all, despite thinking I have known myself quite well. Yet somehow, in this process of self-liberation, I feel more in tune with myself, my body, and my heart than ever before. What a beautiful privilege to be able to be something new and contrasting from who you were yesterday.
As I re-enter a consistent schedule in terms of writing, my newsletter may go through a phase of evolution just as I am going through. I’ve noticed it tends to shift and change alongside me. I am excited to see how it blooms again, though. So whether you’re still here from day one (which, if you are, thank you sincerely) or this is the first installment you’re receiving in your inbox (exciting! Thank you for being here!), I hope you enjoy the direction that this new chapter takes me, my writing, and my creations. I hope I can continue to be of service to you through my astrological interpretations and that you reap some type of benefit from reading my thoughts. I have such an immense amount of love for you. See my little note below if you want to meet with me for a reading—I’m doing a giveaway!! <3

Summer is over; autumn is here. How was your summer? What did it facilitate for you? Will it be one you remember long into the future? For me personally, this will perhaps be one of the most memorable summers of my life, as, at the beginning of it, I was not at all anticipating the events that would take place, nor was I expecting to end up in the physical, emotional, or spiritual space I am presently occupying. While this Libra season will still feel infused with fate, clearing, and release, as the sun will be crossing paths with the South Node and Lilith, because of the intensity of the summer and Libra’s airy quality, this season may feel like a breath of fresh air, like the first crisp morning that alerts you of Autumn’s arrival. Out of the four seasons we use to categorize the calendar year, summer is the only one that does not involve an air season. The air signs are the least material of the four elements, which often means that when we are in their seasons, we can be supported by this quality to digest and break apart any dense concepts, blockages, or heavy matters that we’ve accumulated in the preceding seasons. While the mutable signs mark the end of one of the earth’s seasons, the cardinal signs mark the beginning. They guide us into a new chapter by urging us to initiate, lead, and spark change.
While Virgo season intends to support us in getting our affairs in order, organizing our physical spaces, and establishing a bit more structure so that we may depart summer and enter autumn with a clearer understanding of our priorities, Libra season encourages commitment and devotion to what we’ve discovered is most important to us. This season benefits investments, contracts, commitments, and the solidification of interpersonal matters. This may be a season in which we find ourselves to be a bit more open to connection; we may even crave it more than usual. Libra is governed by Venus, the planet of beauty, money, values, sensuality, femininity, pleasure, and comforts. Libra is notably flirtatious and enjoys indulging in the psychological experience of love and romance. While this sign is heavily associated with a keen eye for aesthetics, this talent is inspired by their ability to capture a concept and translate it into a feeling accurately. This sign naturally governs the seventh house of partnership (platonic, domestic, and professional), collaboration, contracts, law, devotion, sacrifice, and compromise. Marriage traditionally falls into this house’s domain as well, but so do all other long-term verbal and written agreements.
Despite being governed by Venus, Libra’s expression of this planet is far different from Venus’s other subject, Taurus. As an earth sign, Taurus interprets Venus through the material world, relating it to the physical pleasures that we can tangibly experience—money, the senses, luxury, and indulgence. Taurus’s expression of Venus is more aptly seen through its appreciation for good food, cozy bedding, a lover’s touch, or the pleasure that money can buy. Libra experiences Venus much more conceptually, as the air signs tend to channel their themes most prevalently into the mental domain—the inner process. Therefore, Libra may, at times, fair better with the concepts of love, beauty, and pleasure over their physical manifestation, which is not to say they are incapable of enjoying them or partaking in them well, but due to their inclination toward impartiality, they tend to keep a careful distance from these physical experiences, although it may be unintentional. Libra is the only sign governed by an inanimate object—the scales—which speaks to their inner motivation quite significantly. Objects cannot feel, either physically or emotionally; they do not have an independent perspective in matters, simply a job to do that they are immensely proficient at. The scales seek out balance and fairness; their sense of justice is not emotional or biased; it is completely objective. The scales seek to find equality and will carefully weigh out whatever matters are at hand until a satisfying conclusion is reached—balance is restored. Obviously, when manifesting into an individual experience, emotions are unavoidable, as they are an intrinsic part of our human world. However, Libra often gives its subjects a sense of detachment in emotional matters so that they may maintain their propensity toward assessing their surroundings, the situations they find themselves involved in, and any other matter they may encounter from a position of non-bias and mediation.
Going back to Libra’s expression of Venus, they may find themselves more comfortable interacting with the topics of Venus’s domain when remaining in the position of the mediator, even if they are simultaneously an involved party. Libra may find themselves more comfortable experiencing love and romance through non-physical avenues—an immersive romance novel, or the process of making a flirtatious acquaintance may be far more appealing to them than becoming involved in a full-fledged committed relationship, as both of these keep the idea of love just that, an idea. This is where Libra’s stereotype of being a perpetual flirt comes from, as they truly do enjoy the concept of romanticism and love and engaging with its potential, but, in a way, becoming fully entangled in it can be quite intimidating to them, as their impartiality will always keep them aware of the potential for the opposite outcome from what they desire to transpire. This does not mean that they are incapable of being good or loving partners, but they may have a hard time becoming fully involved—the matters of Venus may be something that they better connect with when they’re on the outside looking in, as it keeps things on proverbial paper. With Libra being symbolized by the scales, they are one of the best examples of duality that exists within astrology—duality being the concept that two things only exist due to the tension they create in naturally opposing one another’s existence. Light and dark, good and bad, love and hate—we can more easily understand these things individually by comparing them to one another, and neither could exist if the other disappeared.
Libra is deeply aware that in any agreement, the only way the agreed-upon outcome will be reached is if both parties live up to their end of the bargain. While their ingrained sense of justice will compel them to maintain their half of the promise, trusting that the other individual involved will do the same can feel quite risky for them. However, because they try to avoid conflict whenever they can, as conflict can be perceived as a form of imbalance, they may have a difficult time voicing any concerns if they’re feeling dissatisfied or like their needs are not being met, which can lead them to habitually overcompensate for others’ lack of effort. To maintain balance, Libra will often push themselves into an imbalanced state, which can sometimes draw them into tricky situations, especially if they’ve found themselves making contradictory promises to more than one person. This can most easily be seen by Libra sometimes becoming involved with more than one romantic interest at a time, taking on more responsibilities than they can physically fulfill, or making contradictory statements. Libra sees the potential for truth to be found in everything, but they eventually must learn to decide what their truth will be and stick by it.
During Libra season, we are invited to not only explore our relationships with others but also our relationships with the concepts of relationship, sacrifice, devotion, and trust. We are invited to ask ourselves what we feel is fair and just in matters of exchange and are asked to observe what the conditions are for others to have access to us and our devotion. This season also urges us to identify any inner “contracts” that exist, that is, beliefs that we continue to affirm by acting in ways that validate them. We may find that some agreements that we made with ourselves in the past are now expired and need to be redrawn so that we can be better supported in our pursuits and authentic expression. In this season, know that you are allowed to change, shift, and evolve—you are allowed to contradict who you once were and, by default, who people expect you to be. Because of the sun’s contact with Lilith and the south node in this season, there is a profound liberation happening within each of us at this time. We are likely rebelling against the societal expectations that we’ve felt we have to meet the most and are perhaps acting in unpredictable and uncharacteristic ways. This season asks us to get to know ourselves again and urges us to do the same. We are allowed to be something entirely different from who we’ve been known to be, and that is a beautiful freedom we’re reminded is ours to explore.
VENUS IN SCORPIO
Because Venus governs Libra, its presence in Scorpio amplifies the themes of the sun’s contact to the south node and Lilith—regeneration, transformation, and rebirth. Venus is detriment in Scorpio, as Scorpio’s terrain can be a bit heavy for Venus’s usual soft nature. Venus in Scorpio does not know the game of flirtation or playing it coy. Instead, in Scorpio, Venus is intoxicated, consumed, and obsessed—depth and intimacy are immediately sought out in this sign, and there is little patience for meaningless banter or casual frivolities. Venus prefers to let pleasure come to her rather than having to exert much effort, yet in the Mars-ruled signs, Aries and Scorpio, she tends to seek out power and her desires through the chase by taking action and conquering. Venus in Scorpio despises stagnancy, which can sometimes mean she will become involved with very intense people, some of whom may not be the healthiest to engage with.
In transit, Venus in Scorpio can facilitate transformations in our romantic lives, finances, values, self-image, and femininity; it can awaken the dark feminine and urge us to investigate our current engagements with pleasure, whether they be material or relational, so that we may understand value’s meaning more intimately. There can be negative conversation hosted around this placement and, by association, this transit, as Scorpio demands depth and passion from any planet that enters its domain. Venus can feel obsessed and fixated in this sign, but she can also comfortably explore subjects that others would feel uncomfortable addressing, as Scorpio shows Venus the beauty in the disturbing, painful, damaged, taboo, provocative, and other such hidden topics that we try to keep from others. Scorpio encourages Venus to utilize such matters to forge stronger bonds, which can mean that, under this influence, our relationships with others, as well as our relationships with other Venusian topics (money, beauty, magnetism, value, worth, pleasure), can be benefitted by us venturing into the depths of discomfort in the name of knowing such matters better. Intimacy grows when we are able to embrace the discomfort that revealing our true selves can entail. Under this influence, when the space to go deeper is made, try to honor the truth, even if it is uncomfortable to do so.
I find it interesting that both the perspective and justice cards came out, as Libra tends to bring our attention to both of these topics. The message for this week is to gain a different point of view on the connections, habits, and ritualistic engagements—anything you partake in daily or regularly. The elixir card refers to what heals you or harms you—sometimes a singular thing can do both, depending on how you perceive it. The justice card in this deck refers to making weighted decisions, acknowledging that in many scenarios, someone may be dissatisfied with the outcome, and it is not always our job to sacrifice our own desires to ensure everyone else’s contentment. I find this spread rather reflective of the upcoming new moon and solar eclipse in Libra, as we will be exploring the tabooed guilt that can be intertwined with choosing our own desires over the wishes of others. This spread asks us to recognize that there may be matters in front of us currently or soon to be sitting before us that will require us to make decisions that others will not be pleased with—one person’s antidote is another’s poison—but this does not mean we can or should avoid making a choice. We are reminded that following our authentic paths is what we must do, and if others must paint you as the villain to make your decision more digestible, then that is something you must not be consumed by. Our goodness or badness is merely a matter of perspective, at least in more situations than we may think. Listen to the inner truth that resides within you. Even if your choice causes someone temporary pain, it may be the very thing that awakens them to their authentic path. The truth is not always enjoyable to hear, but even the most painful truths can be looked back upon fondly when we’ve had a bit more time and space to understand why it had to be said.
Libra Season, Venus in Scorpio. Check your rising sign for primary messages, sun and moon signs (in that order) for auxiliary notes.
ARIES, while this season places a focus on your relationships, those of both a platonic and romantic nature as well as business partnerships, this season will also ask you to address your relationship with the concept of relationships, sacrifice, and devotion. There may be opportunities for you to deepen your relationship with some type of partner or one of the aforementioned concepts, which will likely require you to face some inner discomfort. Perhaps you will encounter moments to deepen your intimacy with a trusted lover or friend or will be invited to strengthen your trust in yourself by embracing the intense, disturbing, provocative, or uncomfortable aspects of your identity. As the sun connects with the south node and Lilith in this season, you may be urged to break free from patterns that you have perpetuated in relationships, which may lead to some disruption in your comfortable, familiar spaces. While this may challenge your usual approach to establishing and maintaining connections or may shake your understanding of what relationships need in order to thrive, the shifts that occur in this season will likely be deeply healing to you in some capacity. This can be a favorable season for you to address fears around trust, intimacy, security, and promise, which you may feel inclined to explore on your own by examining how your childhood established beliefs around such topics. You could also be having these matters brought up through your relationships with friends or a partner naturally highlighting them. This is a season in which you’re encouraged to dissolve old “contracts” you made with yourself—agreements that you’ve unconsciously abided by. These inner contracts are the bounds that we place on ourselves due to our belief that they are true. Now is the time for you to investigate their validity, and if you find that they are not cohesive with the direction you’re moving in, erase them and write new ones that feel more resonant.
TAURUS, this season points your attention to the relationships you have with food, wellness, health, boundaries, productivity, structure, habits, and the phrase “good enough.” Since July 2023, you’ve been invited to observe any unhealthy dynamics you’ve created with these things and have been urged to reframe your perspectives of them to grant yourself more freedom and autonomy. As the sun crosses paths with the south node and Lilith, you may encounter opportunities to release yourself from any obsessions that have been developed in the aforementioned matters. With Libra in your sixth house, you may have a hard time feeling fully confident in your daily structures, understanding what “health” really looks like, and what a harmonious balance between rigidity and fluidity in health- or productivity-related matters looks like. This may create a tendency toward excessive laziness, workaholism, and extreme health habits (in both directions, either too much structure or too little), especially if you have placements in Libra. This season urges you to heal your relationship with wellness by ceasing your search for what the “right” thing is and, instead, simply feel into your body to ask it what it needs. Is now the time to do work? Is it time to rest? Is it time for persistence or softening? What does my body need to be nourished in this moment? Am I on the right path? Each of these questions can be answered without going outside the self; the heart can easily reveal what is best for you at any given moment; all you must do is listen and trust its guidance. A romantic partner or close friend may contribute to your healing or rebalancing process regarding these matters, and you may be asked to have more trust in them. However, this may also be an invitation for you to deepen your relationship with your instinctual nature and inner knowing. Embrace simple answers this season and move on intuitive feeling rather than what you intellectually reason is “correct,” as there is no singular correct answer.
GEMINI, this will likely be a creative season for you, which will most likely be channeled into your work and daily rituals. Perhaps you will find yourself implementing a bit more structure into your life, but not from a place of rigidity but rather from a place of joy and self-love. You may notice that when you are operating in some type of structure, one that allows for more intuitive movement, you can more intentionally channel your passion and inspiration into the spaces of your choice with greater accuracy. You could be breaking through creative blockages and self-imposed limitations at this time, which may allow you to achieve more goals in your work or in productive avenues. This can be a favorable time for your health as well, which may be supported by your healing wounds around sexual expression, sexual embodiment, and authentic movement. With the sun crossing paths with the south node and Lilith in this season, your tendency to show up in the world in an, albeit unconsciously, restricted way may be illuminated, as you may try to control how others see you, your creative works, and your artistic process. By doing this, you unintentionally restrict your ability to create from a place of authenticity, as your motivation may be to curate something that others will approve of or praise. This season advises you to break through creative blockages by perhaps entertaining the taboo, provocative matters, or parts of your identity that you try to keep on a tight leash—aspects of the self that may become wild if left without careful watch. While entertaining these parts of yourself may be uncomfortable for you, there may be great creative fulfillment found when you challenge your ability to channel these matters into a creative outlet. If creativity is a part of your work, you may find that financial rewards are provided to you when you take calculated risks. Honor the creative wellspring that is always flowing from you—allow it to flow through you as it naturally exists rather than filtering to cater to a specific audience.
CANCER, you may find yourself rebelling against long-standing structures that have provided you a sense of security and familiarity in the past but are perhaps now restricting your ability to authentically express. This Libra season may create a bit of discomfort in your home life or family dynamics, as the sun’s contact to the south node and Lilith may be urging you to initiate change in your family by breaking an ancestral pattern, which may mean that you trigger family members (specifically feminine members or a maternal figure) who have perpetuated the cycle’s continuation. This season may invite you to be a force of change in both your ancestral line and your individual path; you may be breaking away from limiting beliefs that have existed since childhood and may feel called to dissolve them by actively rebelling against them. Perhaps you chose to be more neutral or unopinionated in childhood so you would not invite conflict between you and your family members; this season asks you to not fear conflict, as sometimes it is inevitable when speaking a truth that needs to be heard. It is not your job to preserve others' feelings. While we may try to be amicable when expressing a need, expectation, or desire, we have no control over how others receive us and therefore cannot always speak in an attempt to direct the outcome of the conversation. Predicting how others will respond does not serve you. If there is a truth or choice that you feel you must speak or make at this time, it may not be met by celebration and acceptance in your family unit, but it will have an impactful ripple effect into future and past generations. This season urges you to erect your own foundations that are forged from an authentic place of being, rather than maintaining those that have been curated and maintained from cyclic familial wounds. Embrace the fullness of who you are.
LEO, in this season, you may be clearing away old thought patterns that have been a part of your daily life since childhood. This season may ask you to come to terms with something from childhood, your home life, or a fundamental belief that you have operated from for your whole life. You may do quite a bit of mental rewiring at this time so that you can start reclaiming how your mental energy is used. With Libra in your third house, you may have the tendency to rely on others’ opinions and perspectives of you to define how you “should” think, speak, and see the world around you, even if this is an unconscious doing. There may be societal expectations or cultural standards that you’ve unconsciously internalized, which have prevented you from really asking yourself what you want and what you believe. Due to the sun’s contact with Lilith and the south node in this season, this is a favorable time for you to dismantle limiting beliefs that have been curated by those you surround yourself with. Perhaps, as a child, thinking independently and communicating your needs was not safe or made important, which led you to develop the tendency to perpetually think about how you can prepare for how others may react. Due to this, it may be hard for you at times to even know what you think or want, as you have perhaps been conditioned to always see things from others’ perspectives so you can accommodate their desires and expectations of you, so you can be what they want you to be. This may particularly pertain to a caregiver, more specifically a maternal figure. This season encourages you to ask yourself who you want to be, what you want to accomplish, and what you think about what you discover, regardless of what others’ opinions may be. You may implement small new habits that will actively defy your old beliefs and affirm your new ones, which could potentially garner you some criticism from those you spend most of your time with. Let them paint you the villain if that is what they choose—how they see you is none of your concern.
VIRGO, this season may be heavily focused on releasing people, experiences, agreements, and engagements that do not meet your standards as much as you’ve wanted them to. Perhaps you’ve settled for things that have filled the space for some time but have not been as fulfilling as they could be; this season asks you to consider whether a temporary placeholder is worth the time and energy of maintaining it more than if you were to leave the space blank until something truly nourishing and gratifying was to come into your life. This may specifically apply to a work-related engagement, a platonic connection, or a social environment you’ve found yourself frequenting. Perhaps you are craving more depth, intention, and value from the things and people you share your time and energy with; this is the season to truthfully assess them and begin choosing passion and inspiration above all else. You may find yourself pursuing new hobbies, creative ventures, or potentially profitable side jobs this season and also may be feeling a bit more curious about the taboos that you have around money, value, self-esteem, and worthiness. This may be a good season for you to keep a note of any ideas that come your way. You may be establishing a new moral code for yourself, one that prioritizes more intentional boundaries, which may apply to your interactions with others but also can translate to how you handle your finances. Be aware of a tendency to spend impulsively without much second thought. This can be a favorable time for you to streamline your focus to one or two things that you’d like to see more growth in, as you are supported to be more dedicated and driven under this energy. You’re likely clearing away any unhealthy patterns you’ve partaken in that have tarnished your relationship with your own self-esteem or your finances. Embrace how your perspectives are evolving and prioritize action that is aligned with any new beliefs you’re working to adopt.
LIBRA, this is your season, meaning that you may be feeling extra “yourself.” Due to the sun crossing paths with the south node and Lilith—energies with which you’re likely already quite familiar—you may be doing some intentional purging this season to facilitate a personal transformation. You might be intentionally ridding yourself of people, habits, mentalities, and moral perspectives that don’t feel aligned with you any longer, which may involve a bit of painful confrontation with the truth, but will likely leave you feeling more relieved and lighter once you do. While your natural tendency may be to create yourself into who you think others will enjoy, accept, and celebrate most (even if that tendency is completely unconscious), the north node’s passage through Aries has encouraged you to reclaim your identity so that you can, one, pursue and create the life that you feel most inspired in, and, two, have your expectations, desires, and needs met more completely in the relationships you form with others. The nodes have supported the reclamation of your life narrative by inviting you to participate more actively, exerting your authority over how you respond to the environments and people around you. Perhaps this season will more specifically ask you to investigate your self-esteem, relationship with money, morals, and values—you may find yourself having to let go of some things that provide you a sense of security but don’t truly nourish your soul. Perhaps you are taking a pay cut to take a professional position that feels more fulfilling to you, or you are stepping away from a romantic partner to honor what you know you truly deserve. However this particularly manifests for you, you’re asked to shift your perspective. Rather than merely seeing the loss, consider what you’re also gaining—what the loss is making space for.
SCORPIO, this season will likely draw you inward, inviting you to explore the mysteries that lie beneath your consciousness and seek out their influence over your conscious expression of self. You may feel more to yourself in this season, needing more time to rest, recharge, and reflect. Libra season is the final one in your “inner year,” as it activates the twelfth house of your chart. This is a time in which you may find yourself transitioning from one space to another, whether that is more of a metaphorical experience or you literally find yourself navigating a physical transition of some sort. This is a favorable time for you to take account of the invisible aspects of your well-being that may be easily forgotten if not gifted intentional time and attention—mental health, our spiritual lives, the beliefs that we allow to be perpetuated in the foundations of the subconscious. With Venus now in your sign, though, this is a time to deeply invest in yourself—to nurture yourself on all levels, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. There may be cycles coming to a close and simultaneously other cycles beginning in this season, which you are asked to navigate by following your instincts and tuning into your inner voice, your intuition. Considering the sun will cross paths with the south node and Lilith during its time in Libra, this season may host the release of limiting beliefs and energetic blockages that pertain to your sense of belonging or your experience in relationships. Perhaps you will recognize how you’ve gotten in your own way when it comes to cultivating deeper connections with others, especially in a romantic sense, or you will understand an inner wound that romantic partners and matters have continually illuminated. You’re given a beautiful opportunity to release limiting beliefs in this season; try to be a quiet observer of your thoughts and see what they share with you.
SAGITTARIUS, this initiates you into your eleventh house season, which is traditionally considered to be one of the most favorable in one’s personal zodiacal year, as this is the house of hopes, wishes, collaborative efforts, the future, evolution, community, and humanity as a whole. You might find yourself drawn to social environments more frequently in this season, whether in an online or physical sense, and are encouraged to explore any new interpersonal connections with a sense of curiosity and introspection. You might find that immersing yourself in social circles, whether new or existing, will illuminate aspects of yourself that you have not been aware of. Perhaps you will uncover hidden wounds from the subconscious that revolve around intimacy, vulnerability, and the unrefined self. While you may feel more social in this season, you could feel more sensitive to criticism from others, but you’re encouraged to explore any sensitivities that are triggered by a curious and observant place. Whenever our weaknesses, wounds, pain points, and insecurities are triggered, we can run from them to get away from the feeling as quickly as possible, or we can embrace the discomfort and investigate what deeper, subconscious program it is connected to. This season may be a beneficial period for you to forge connections that require more vulnerability but will likely be more enriching, fulfilling, and truthful. Whether in online spaces or in in-person circles, you may find that discussing matters that feel vulnerable will initiate meaningful conversations and validate others’ experiences, which may contribute to forming bonds that will likely feel healing, expansive, and nourishing to you on a soul level.
CAPRICORN, this may be a favorable season for you to pursue your aspirations and long-term goals with a bit more intention, and you’ll see more forward movement in them, especially after the conclusion of eclipse season. With the sun in Libra, you are encouraged to set your new plans or ambitions into motion, but considering the presence of the south node and Lilith, you are advised to rebel against the expectations you may feel pressured to meet due to social definitions of success and accomplishment. You may naturally have the tendency to assess how well you’re doing based on how much social praise your effort receives, even if this is a subconscious habit. As the sun contacts both the south node and Lilith, you’ll be encouraged to defy the limitations you’ve placed on yourself that have likely brought you more social approval but have perhaps restricted you from achieving greater heights. This is a season for you to venture outside of your professional comfort zone by indulging both your personal taboos and those that are culturally ingrained in our society. You may show up in the public eye with a more intentional air of provocativeness, which may garner some criticism, but that’s sort of the point. This season can be beneficial for collaboration and community building, but inauthenticity and surface-level connection will not be cohesive with such engagements. You will become more magnetic to these types of connections by being raw, vulnerable, and intimate. Taking perceived risks, especially in a professional context, may be what opens the door for new opportunities that may become highly supportive of your long-term aspirations. Know that whether you reside in a more corporate professional environment or have curated your own business, you will likely find yourself aligning more with your definitions of success by releasing yourself from its traditional definitions and the opinions of others.
AQUARIUS, this season may be full of experiences that encourage you to explore that which you don’t know; you may gain access to a multitude of new experiences that will introduce you to different perspectives or educational opportunities. You may be physically traveling or venturing into philosophical, spiritual, or intellectual unknowns. You might have new ventures become available in your work or may get to experience things that you have longed to encounter for a long time. A long-term aspiration may begin to be realized in this season, which may involve rewards or favorable experiences in your career, which may look like financial gain, promotion, or some other form of expansion. Perhaps a sacrifice that you made is now paying off in some way; a risk that you took may be offering you material or emotional fulfillment in this season. This may also be a season for you to understand your long-standing beliefs through a different lens; perhaps you don’t know yourself as well as you thought you did due to feeling uncomfortable with what may be discovered if you questioned your beliefs and philosophies further. You may even find that your actions this season are contradictory to the beliefs you’ve said you’ve held, which may be what initiates you into a new season of self-exploration and understanding. Standing right on the edge of your comfort zone is advised in this season, as doing so may lead to its expansion. Embrace new opportunities that come your way; it never hurts to try something new; in fact, trying new things may open doors for intimate connections to be forged.
PISCES, this season may involve you in new intimate experiences that will invite you to nurture vulnerable and trust-building experiences. This may be a time in which you’re experimenting with or learning about your sexual identity, experience of love, and seductive power. Perhaps you are curiously exploring the taboos that have constructed walls around potentially pleasurable experiences; these taboos may be rooted in inherited beliefs, ancestral wounds, or shame. This may involve sexual matters, personal wounds, money, or deep, interpersonal connections. Whether in a relationship or not, this will likely be a time in which you will find yourself growing into a more authentic and confident sexual identity. In this context, sexual energy is not merely related to the role you assume in sexual encounters or lustful interactions—it refers to the magnetic force that is accessed when one embodies the potency of their raw, unrestricted, primal nature. By accessing this aspect of yourself, you may find that you begin understanding your values and artistic energy better, which may bring you new and fulfilling learning opportunities. This also may be a time in which you understand how you master your magnetism to improve your ability to align with your desires, which may mean that the mechanics and energetic laws of manifestation will be something that you focus on more intentionally. If you find yourself heading into proverbial uncharted waters artistically, romantically, or through a new educational or philosophical opportunity, you’re encouraged to embrace any new experiences that may present themselves to you. You are likely to make many discoveries about your inner, hidden self at this time, which will likely expand your understanding of your identity and self-concept.
